What the band means
A spread from under fifty dollars to over three thousand is not a pricing tier for the same thing. On a one-day conference and expo it almost always separates three products: a delegate seat at the bottom, a premium or group pass in the middle, and an exhibitor or sponsor package at the top, where the fee buys floor space rather than a chair.
The listing does not spell that out, so treat the reading above as an inference from the shape of the price band and not as a fact about this event. If you are considering anything above the entry tier, ask the organiser in writing what the tier includes — stand size, staff passes, speaking slot, attendee list — before paying.
Before you pay
- Ask where it is. The listing names no venue — see the venue page.
- Ask what your tier includes, in writing, if you are buying above entry level.
- Book refundable travel until the venue is confirmed.
- Keep the Eventbrite receipt — the refund window runs from the platform, not the organiser.
- Check the date again a week before you fly. This page is updated when the listing changes.
